Located on Teelin Pier in Donegal, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, this experience is designed for women who want to prioritise self-care, wellness, and a sense of connection with nature.

Let the warmth of our wood-fired sauna melt away stress, breathe deeply in the fresh Atlantic breeze, and refresh your body and mind with an optional dip in our cold plunge tub.

What’s Included:

• 30-minute ladies-only sauna session by the sea

Each session welcomes up to 6 women. Ideal for solo guests or friends looking to share a moment of rest and renewal.

What to Bring:

• Swimwear

• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your session

• Sessions begin on time – late arrivals may result in reduced sauna time
