At Sliabh Liag Sauna, we aim to provide a relaxing and reliable experience — whether you're enjoying our sauna sessions or purchasing merchandise online. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and returns:


1. Sauna Bookings

  • Cancellations made 6 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

  • If we must cancel a session due to adverse weather, maintenance issues, or other operational reasons, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 5–10 business days.


2. Online Merchandise Returns

If you've ordered merchandise (e.g., branded towels, hoodies, hats, etc.) through our website and it arrives incorrect or not quite right, we’re happy to help.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition (tags intact and undamaged).

  • If we sent you the wrong item or a faulty product, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.

  • If you simply changed your mind, you can return the item for a refund or exchange — return postage may apply in this case.

3. General Notes
