Sliabh Liag Sauna – Terms of Service

By booking a sauna session or purchasing products from Sliabh Liag Sauna, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Sauna Services

1.1 Bookings & Attendance

  • All sauna sessions must be booked in advance through our website or authorized partners.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session without refund.

1.2 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings cancelled 6 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Bookings cancelled less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

  • If we cancel a session due to weather or operational issues, we’ll offer a full refund or reschedule.

1.3 Hygiene & Safety Requirements
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests:

  • Shower before entering the sauna.

  • Swimwear and appropriate footwear (sliders, flip flops, or Crocs) must be worn at all times.

  • Sit on a towel during use.

  • Do not pour water on the stove unless directed by staff.

  • If you feel unwell at any time, exit the sauna immediately.

1.4 Conduct

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour.

  • Alcohol or drug use is strictly prohibited before or during sessions.

  • Guests who fail to follow safety or conduct rules may be removed without refund.

1.5 Children & Medical Conditions

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Guests with medical conditions should consult a doctor before using the sauna. Use is at your own risk.

2. Merchandise Sales

2.1 Orders & Fulfilment

  • Orders placed online are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices and product details are listed in EUR and may change without notice.

2.2 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • If an incorrect or faulty item was received, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

  • If returning due to a change of mind, return shipping costs may apply.

3. Liability Disclaimer

  • All sauna use is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
